Welcome to San Toki Tales.

San Toki Tales is a small creative snail mail club offering story-based letters, paper goods, activities, and related products for children and families.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or subscribing to San Toki Tales, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. ORDERS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

San Toki Tales may offer one-time purchases, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, or other seasonal offerings.

Subscriptions renew according to the option selected at checkout. You may cancel according to the cancellation terms shown at checkout.

Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the full term.

2. CHILDREN’S PRODUCTS

San Toki Tales is designed for families and children, but purchases must be made by an adult.

Some products may include paper pieces, small items, or activity materials. Adult supervision is recommended.

3. SHIPPING

San Toki Tales is a snail mail experience, so delivery times may vary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

International shipping may be available for select one-time purchases. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges required by their country.

4. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Because San Toki Tales includes mailed letters, printed materials, and limited creative goods, all sales are final.

If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing because of an error on our part, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

5. PRODUCT DETAILS

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colors, paper tones, and materials may look slightly different in person than they do on a screen.

Because some items may be handmade, assembled in small batches, or creatively produced, small variations may occur.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All San Toki Tales stories, letters, illustrations, designs, wording, activities, branding, and other creative materials belong to San Toki Tales unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our shop may be powered by Shopify and may use third-party apps or services for checkout, subscriptions, payments, email, shipping, or other functions.
