Shipping Policy
We appreciate your patience as we prepare each month's stories, activities, and surprises with care.
Subscription Mailing Schedule
San Toki Tales is mailed once each month.
Orders placed on or before the 15th of the month will receive that month's mailing.
Orders placed after the 15th will begin with the following month's mailing.
For example, if you subscribe on July 10, you'll receive the July mailing. If you subscribe on July 20, your first mailing will be August's edition.
This allows us time to prepare each month's mail club experience for every family.
U.S. Delivery
San Toki Tales letters are mailed through USPS using standard First-Class Mail.
The cost of postage is already included in the price of your subscription or purchase, so there are no surprise mailing fees for standard U.S. delivery.
Most letters arrive within 3–10 business days after they are mailed, though delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, holidays, and postal service delays.
Because each mailing is sent as regular letter mail, tracking is generally not available.
International Delivery
We are delighted to send San Toki Tales to families around the world where USPS letter mail service is available.
International postage is charged separately at checkout unless otherwise noted.
Delivery times vary by destination and may take several weeks depending on local postal systems, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Because international mail is sent as standard letter mail, tracking is generally not available.
Any customs fees, duties, VAT, taxes, or import charges required by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address Changes
Please double-check your mailing address before placing your order. If you need to update your address, simply log in to your subscription portal using the link provided in your subscription emails. If you need help, email us at santokitales@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist.
Address changes must be submitted before the 15th of the month to ensure they are applied to the upcoming mailing.
San Toki Tales is not responsible for mail sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Mail
Once a letter has been mailed through USPS, delivery is outside of our control.
While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, please reach out if your letter appears to be significantly delayed. We will do our best to help.
Because San Toki Tales is sent through standard letter mail, we are unable to guarantee replacement of items lost by postal services.
