PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Monthly Subscription

Your subscription automatically renews each month until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at santokitales@gmail.com.

To avoid being charged for the next month's mailing, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Because each month's mailings are prepared and scheduled in advance, any charges already processed for an upcoming mailing are generally non-refundable.

Annual Subscription

Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase and renew automatically each year unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel future renewals at any time. However, annual subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases do not renew automatically and require no cancellation.
